What is included in the camp registration?
The registration fee covers a full week of outdoor programs, meals, and transportation to and from the camp. Campers will enjoy three meals a day, plus a mug-up, and partial meals on arrival and departure days. Additionally, all activities and equipment are included except for a tent.
How do I register my child for the camp?
Registration can be completed online through our website. Simply fill out the registration form, and submit the required payment. You will receive a confirmation email with further details.
What should my child bring to camp?
Campers should bring personal items such as clothing, toiletries, mess kit, tent and a sleeping bag. A detailed packing list will be provided upon registration. Please ensure all items are labeled with the scout’s name.
Are there any safety measures in place?
Yes, safety is our top priority. All activities are supervised by trained instructors, and we adhere to Scouts Canada Safety Standards. We also have a first aid station on site and emergency procedures in place.
Can my child participate in all activities?
Yes, all campers have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities. Our schedule is designed to allow each camper to experience everything from kayaking to badge trading. Airsoft has specific restrictions, please review under the activity.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Before May 1st, 2025 – $325 refund
- Before June 1st, 2025 – $600 refund
- After June 1st, 2025 – no refund.
Is financial assistance available?
We offer financial assistance to families in need. Please contact our office for more information on how to apply for support.
How do I contact the camp during the session?

What is the camper-to-staff ratio?
We maintain a low scout-to-scouter ratio to ensure personalized attention and supervision. We expect to have at least one scouter for every six scouts, allowing for a safe and supportive environment.
